I weighed myself today and I’m finally down to 175lbs!!!
Only took from !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to today.
So the plan was to reward myself with a doughnut from !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Was thinking what doughnut I would have as I haven’t had a doughnut now for 8 months now.
Maybe a caramel apple cheesecake doughnut:
Or maybe a London Fog:
Or maybe a Chunky Monkey:
But even though I got to the shop an hour before they’re supposed to close, they were already closed because of selling out all their doughnuts.

Good for you! I was doing great on keto earlier this year but fell off the wagon.
It’s probably for the best that the donut place was closed. That could wreak havoc on ye olde bowels after so long without sugar & carbs.

My strategy is if I’m having a desert, then no carbs with my meal. And if I’m having something like a doughnut, not have more than one.... or the equivalent
of one by cutting them into halfs or quarters if I want to try more than one flavour.

I was around 200lbs back in March/April. 25lbs doesn’t sound like much, but my waist size is down a solid 2" and I have some shirts and pants
that didn’t fit back then that fit perfectly now.

That is awesome, i am trying to get back to 150 now i currently weight 180.
